The Lindsay Foods family is garnished in a rich, savory tradition, serving Wisconsin and Illinois with the finest cuts of meat. In 1937, Wilford C. Lindsay opened the Lindsay Meat Market, a retail establishment with one of the most extensive meat counters in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. In 1980, son Gary C. Lindsay organized Lindsay Foods, Inc. as a wholesale supplier to many fine dining establishments. Now managed by its third generation of family members, Lindsay Foods, Inc. has expanded its customer base to include hotels, institutions, and wholesale distributors.
