Whole muscle meat and choice trimmings are ground daily providing consistent, high-quality ground beef at 85/15, 80/20, and 75/25 lean-to-fat ratios. Italian, brat, chorizo, andouille, and other sausages are also mixed and formed to chefs’ specifications.

Lindsay Foods creates the texture, density, and bite chefs want. Classic ‘standard fill’ is a dense, machine-formed patty perfect for grills and broilers. Lindsay’s ‘Texture-Pro fill’ is lofty for colder, thick patties cooked on a flat top, eliminating uncooked center-patty bubbles.
