All of Lindsay Foods meat products are portion cut to your specifications in our USDA inspected facility by experienced butchers. We emphasize quality, consistency, and wholesomeness. In addition to a complete line of beef, Lindsay Foods carries pork, veal, lamb, poultry and other exotics.
Sausage and Patties
Lindsay Foods has a full complement of grinding, blending, stuffing and forming equipment to produce the exact product for your menu. Our scale lets us ship fresh products to customers every day.
We produce fresh standard sausages like brats, Italians, Polish, etc., daily. Looking for a specific flavor? Leverage our spice, seasoning and mixing experience to help develop something special for your customers. Our brewpub-specific beer brats can be produced with your beer in batches of 50 lbs.
If burgers are on the menu, we need to talk. Lindsay Foods produces fresh patties in various diameters, thicknesses, and weights, with standard and exclusive blends. Our customers range from James Beard Foundation award winners to seasonal drive-ins, custard shops and everything in between.
